Her journey from intern to IBS CEO proves the effectiveness of self- advocacy and continuous education.As a graduate admissions adviser, former Deloitte Canada consultant, and three – time certified career consultant, she brings extensive expertise to client engagements.

As Bloomsborough Consulting’s Vice President, Darius Djawadi has not only provided invaluable legal counsel but has also significantly boosted the company’s profitability by steering business development and crafting effective marketing strategies.
His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Political Science with distinction from York University, a Master of Business Administration with distinction, and a prestigious Ivey Scholar award for scholastic excellence. Additionally, he holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Ottawa. His stellar legal career is evident in his involvement in high-profile cases alongside esteemed figures like Edward L. Greenspan and Hon. Vanessa Christie.

Denise is one of our education consulting associates and the star behind many of our success stories. An entrepreneur herself, Denise understands the pressures of balancing graduate school applications with a heavy workload. She has earned a reputation at IBS for being ‘the flash’ because her applications have yielded acceptances from universities in as little as 10 days.
Etornam joined IBS only about 4 months ago and is quickly becoming an invaluable member of our team. She has crafted over a 100 school application documents till date, notable among them being an admission and scholarship at Saint Louis University for an M.S in Supply Chain Management.
